Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders.
Fragile Items All bottles and glassware are carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery.
Signature on Delivery For security and to comply with liquor delivery requirements, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions.
PO Boxes We are unable to ship to PO Boxes due to the nature of our products and signature requirements.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
